Finnish offroad gps challenge cup for year 2010.

I'm sorry for delay to publish english rules, but those are under work... Mostly rules are same than in year 2009, but couple changes. I'm writing those changes here by my bad translation:)
- Now on if you are not in present in protest time and there has been systematic mistake or any mistake which cause result position change, that can be corrected within 5 days. You need to send protest where you explain what was that mistake to head of race and to email: officup@gmail.com. Race results are not corrected, but cup-points can be corrected.
- Every seats has to be protected by car body *or* by roll cage. This is mainly done because it looks so bad when people are sitting for example back of C303 which is without rear cabinet or in some other cars where back of cab is taken / cutted off.
- In car have to be towing points and winch hook from which rope/cable/hook can't detach by mistake.
- In class original shortening frame is forbidden.
- Touching in the control point pictures must be to the fixed parts of the car. Only the doors in the side of the car may be used to increase the car dimensions. Other doors and hatches of the car may not be used to improve the dimensions,and the touch to these is counted only if they are clearly and completely closed. These hatches can be opened, so the car can display the identity in the control point pictures better. Hatches and doors should be hinged only on one of the edges, the doors in the side of the car on the front edge.
